The World Languages Institute is a shared service agreement with Northern Virginia Community College that establishes a gateway for NRCC students to explore various languages throughout the world. The program consists of a number of accredited courses. In addition to several world languages, shared services also offers courses in natural sciences. Now, NRCC students have this opportunity to broaden course selection while meeting degree requirements.
These classes are taught by Northern Virginia Community College’s faculty, but students enjoy the benefits of being an NRCC student. The student will seek admission, register and file for financial aid through NRCC. Help is available in the Distance Education department as well as through NOVA’s Extended Learning Institute. Online tutoring, 24/7 help desk, and career counseling are available to provide assistance.
