NRCC Baseball team hosts cornhole tournament

| The first ever New River Community College (NRCC) cornhole tournament will be held on Sunday, October 23, at 1 p.m. on the NRCC soccer field in Dublin. The event is sponsored by the NRCC baseball team and proceeds will help offset the team’s away-game travel expenses. Some cornhole boards will be provided for the tournament, however, teams are asked to bring their own boards if possible. The tournament will be double-elimination and the entry fee is $30 per team. Teams may register by e-mailing NRCC baseball coach Wes Adcock at wadcock@nr.edu. All teams must be registered and have their entry fees paid by Thursday, October 20. |
