NRCC student Ibrahim Khokhar won ninth place in the Financial Analysis and Decision Making competition during this year's Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) national leadership conference.
He was one of five students New River Community College's business organization recently took to Atlanta, Ga., for the national conference to compete with other college students from across the nation.
Also, Tiffany Keith and Franklin Kerr competed in Business Ethics, Angela Jones competed in Job Interview and Computer Applications and Kiwon Lee competed in Public Speaking.
