Goal:
To decrease unnecessary student attrition.
Objective:
Faculty and staff will create an atmosphere of genuine concern, designed to retain students, by using resources (people and services) that can assist students to stay enrolled until they complete their educational or occupational goal.
Plan:
Faculty is asked to take ten minutes each week to identify and refer at-risk students to Retention Services. Reasons to refer include excessive absences, academic struggles, or personal issues. Referrals may be made by using the forms below or by emailing the information to Starr Rowe at srowe@nr.edu
