Starr Rowe comes to Retention Services at NRCC having spent 33 years with Virginia Public Schools in teaching (16 years) and administrative (17 years) positions. She is a graduate of Radford University in both graduate and undergraduate work. Starr is a life-long resident of Southwest Virginia, with a 5 year stint in Culpeper from 2006-2011. She loves reading, traveling and family, though not necessarily in that order.
Starr has made a career of helping students achieve success in their educational endeavors. She encourages those who are struggling at NRCC, for any reason, to contact her.
