Since I was a toddler I knew I wanted to be an artist. My mom drew me cartoons of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and all the great Looney Toon characters. I thought everyone knew how to draw. I am what you would call a generalist. I specialized in 2-D, 3-D art and art history so I could teach a variety of courses that keep teaching interesting for me. I work with paint, clay and glass primarily in my personal work. I don't have a particular style but I am very influenced by Expressionists and their emphasis in emotions.
