In 2018 and Students took on the challenge of reverse engineering existing Electric Car technology from multiple sources and creating their own design. In both designs students were responsible for reverse engineering the Chasis, developing a unibody frame, developing their own battery treys, electric transmission, suspension and the cars interior.
In 2019, the students reverse engineered a Tesla Model S and developed their own body design. Then they matched as many of the Tesla S components and parts to their design.
