NRCC ZOOM SUPPORT

The VCCS has chosen ZOOM videoconferencing as our meeting platform. Zoom replaces WebEx and BlackBoard Collaborate. Zoom is now available to faculty, staff and students. Panopto will continue as our lecture capture platform. Support is available through the Help Desk via e-mail nr4help@nr.edu or call the Help Desk 540-674-3600 ext. 4400.

ACCESSING ZOOM:

Access to ZOOM is easy! Simply follow these steps:

Click on the My Accounts link on the NRCC website

Login using your MyVCCS credentials.

Click on the Zoom icon:

Click on the Settings button:

Then you can update your profile information, schedule join, or host meetings!
