Placement in the appropriate ELA class is based on a screening interview and on completion of a CASAS (Comprehensive Student Assessment Systems) or a TABE (Test of Adult Basic Education) English assessment. Interested students must see an ELA counselor for screening and test appointments. Student screening, registration and testing will take place in-person.
